ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Nina and I'm glad you stopped by. Here's a bit about me: my love for fitness started at 17 when I started training in Krav Maga, one of the most intense and realistic martial arts out there. It teaches people how to prepare for dangerous situations in the real world and to stay mentally and physically sharp. From the moment I learned how much my body and mind were capable of, I was hooked on fitness and the journey of becoming better each day.
I started building my workouts around functionality and tactical application, adding in pieces of my Krav Maga background, athletic training, endurance, and strength for dynamic, hybrid training plans.
In 2020 I graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice and in 2021, I earned my certification through the ISSA as a Personal Trainer, as well as a Nutritionist and Tactical Conditioning Specialist. I have also competed in multisport endurance events, including triathlon and trail running.
