WHAT IS TACTICAL FITNESS?
Tactical fitness is realistic, functional fitness with a high level of intensity aimed at simulating real-world challenges in tactical fields and professions. Some tactical professions include military, law enforcement, firefighters, and many others. The training focuses on building strength, speed, agility, power, and cardiovascular fitness for all-around athleticism and ability.
DO I HAVE TO BE IN A TACTICAL PROFESSION TO JOIN A TACTICAL FITNESS PLAN?
No, anyone can join! Whether you are aiming to pass a fitness test for a tactical profession or just want to have fun doing some intense and real-world training, this is the program for you. The more women that enter this field of fitness and continue to defy boundaries, the more we prove to ourselves and to others that we are more than capable of anything we set our minds to.
WHY ARE YOUR SERVICES FOR WOMEN ONLY?
All across the board, in various fields that are more hands-on and require physical skill, women are extremely underrepresented, especially when it comes to physical fitness. In tactical books, guides, and media, it is so much more likely that a man will be on the cover and at the forefront rather than a woman. I am here for the bigger purpose of re-writing that narrative and showing that women deserve to be leaders, at the top of their game, and the most likely to succeed. I don't want to just show that women can do what men do; I want to show that we can do it in our own way and better: with new perspectives, greater understanding, and with the skill to match.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PLAN TO SIGN UP FOR?
The most basic plans are only either fitness or nutrition, and the following plans build upon these foundations. The functional fitness plans are for women who want to focus on all-around fitness and skills that will help them become stronger and gain agility, strength, and power. Tactical fitness amps that up and adds a more creative, real-world element that also focuses on mental resilience and strength, with the ability to solve challenging problems on the fly and keep calm while doing so. Either plan is suitable for beginners, all the way up to advanced trainees.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Nina and I'm so glad you stopped by. Here's a little bit about me and my story: my love for fitness started at 17 when I started training in Krav Maga, one of the most intense and realistic martial arts out there. It teaches people how to prepare for dangerous and hostile situations that could happen out in the street. From the moment I learned how much my body + mind were capable of, I was hooked on fitness and the journey of becoming better each day.
I started dreaming about applying my love for fitness into a profession, training with the purpose of translating it into a career in a tactical field, like an FBI Special Agent or SWAT Team member. I built my workouts around functionality and tactical application, adding in pieces of my Krav Maga background, and soon I was creating my own workout programs and loving the process.
In 2021, I earned my certification through the ISSA as a Personal Trainer, as well as a Nutritionist and Tactical Conditioning Specialist. I hope to help women that are passionate about growing in their fitness journeys, whether they want to focus on functional fitness or if are in tactical fields and want to work on specific skills.
